Saw palmetto isn't clinically proven to work.. It has to be pure grade and no one sells it like that.. Tryon sugar diet. Check your testosterone and estrogen levels and get them evaluated by a harmon specialist

So 9 or 10 pills a day is it recommended?

…it’s a tree. No known max amount per my doc. It works for me. Flomax kills my libido - I use emergency only. If I can pee at all, not using flomax. Probably 1 per 2 months. Since I also have GERD, stopped eating acid stuff so no Jalepenos or dark chocolate. If I tried this, I can likely end Saw Palmetto and eat a lot of Jalepenos & Lindt 85% dark chocolate bar & pee pretty steady.

Extremely slow pee. I woke up in 2015 where I could not pee at all. I had to calm down, relax, almost meditate in order to pee extremely slow. I used that technique many times. Discovered Saw Palmetto…sometimes 15 pills/day. Now, 9-12/day with jalapeños and stopped drinking liquids 3-4 hrs before bedtime, always. Still get up 2/night but I pee better, steady stream, slow but steady. No trickle like I had before Saw Palmetto.
