How long does it take for Luvox to fully kick in?

Hey guys. I have severe ocd and have been on Luvox 300mg for about 2 months. I do notice slight improvement in my symptoms, but definitely not enough. If you are taking Luvox, about how long did it take for it to fully kick in?

Hi! In my experience it takes about 8 weeks, I would give it a few more weeks and then maybe see if you could add something to augment it because I think you can't take more than 300mg. Good luck!

Hey, I take Fluoxetine for my OCD, which is also SSRI like Luvox. I felt a significant improvement after two months of treatment by the therapeutic dose. But my doctor increased the dosage gradually, so overall it took more than two months.
