I've been on Prozac and currently Zoloft, along with medications to help them. In my experience Prozac works (temporarily?) but I had to be on the highest dosage and it made me sleepy and hungry. Zoloft is working better but the drawbacks are it makes me sleepy (but I take it in the night) and not as hungry as I normally am.

I take Luvox currently. I heard it was the best for OCD but currently had to up the dosage after taking it for a year and a half. After awhile your system gets immune to them

Yeah, Luvox was the first thing I was prescribed when I was diagnosed with OCD. It was a godsend. I thought it had been taken off the market.
