I've recently started trying to quit my ed, but I can't seem to keep the food down (rice, small salads, ect.)... can anyone plz tell me some foods that will work better?

      i made lots of smoothies when i first started my recovery, it just felt easier to get down. good luck!

      Toast was my go to. Peanut butter on it if I could manage it. I also found smoothies a lot easier to consume so fruit was common for me as well. If soup is too much you could try broth to work your way up. Yogurt, granola bars, and cereal also come to mind. More frequent but smaller meals/snacks also helped me from getting as nauseous.
