I am very new at this. I don't reach out to people a lot because my mental health gets the better of me. I don't know where to start.

all you have to do on here is post about you, what you're struggling with and questions due to it. you can add your conditions, symptoms, medicines, diet, mobility aids, and even your lab work to be able to match with people similar to you for community and help i get shy posting on here as well, but when i have questions i need answers to this app is great for it
