There no pressure. I'm new too. About 3 days now. But just posting what you're feeling helps. And then people just come on in and say some good words or spark of conversations.

Understood. I have been a member about 3 weeks and I don’t have a therapist currently. Talking to people I don’t know was daunting at first but was easy quickly when I found out that others are willing to share as I am. Friends and family are too busy sometimes to interact.
