after some thinking, i've concluded that i don't like making a ton of new year's resolutions for myself. like i can understand someone who does and i'll never knock them for it, but for me personally, it sets multiple expectations on myself. and it doesn't matter to me if i've achieved some goals. when i don't achieve all of what i've planned by the time the clock hits midnight, i'm just so disappointed in myself. i think i might make little to none this year. the less expectations, the better.

      I refuse to make new years resolutions. I have to try my best every day to face the challenges of my disorders. That's enough of a challenge.

      I completely agree, the resolutions just add stress and disappointment on to me when I don’t complete them, for me personally
