every single time the new year gets closer, i get unbearably sad. i think it's because i think of all i didn't accomplish throughout the year. which really sucks because i accomplished things! i did so much! a part of me is proud of myself. but another part of me hates that i can't do more due to my never ending battle with anxiety. i always focus on the negatives. it's hard not to.

      I feel the same way every year. No matter what I accomplish, I tend to focus on what I DIDN’T do. It’s kinda corny but I am working on a virtual vision board with pics and text about the things that I did well this year. When I finish, I’m going to post it in my bathroom where I’ll see it every day and try to be intentional about thinking good thoughts about a year of my life and the years to come

      i'm late, but thank you for all the tips everyone :) i'm going to try all these out/give this year some more thought so i can end it on a high note. i'm want to be excited to see what next year brings, so i'm gonna work to get there.

      I feel that ✋. Every year I honestly have tremendous growth. But I kinda downplay it. Not on purpose. I just feel like I should have done something bigger. But we all should remember every year we make growth! Weather it was smaller or was only on the inside.
