Struggling with Anxiety and Depression

A lot of people like your grandma , like to think that mental illness doesn’t exist and that we are making it up . Or my mother used to say “well stop thinking about it” right , its just that easy! Obviously I like giving myself anxiety, says nobody ever! I had to have a breakdown for her to finally understand.

Are you able to do school online? Don't worry about what others think. I know it's easier said than done but I've been working on that myself.
