Tips for Eating with Stomach Issues

anyone got any tips for trying to eat with stomach issues? I've cut out gluten, energy drinks, soda, coffee, try to limit dairy, try to have fresh food, and it's only helped so much

      Oh boy. Another comorbidity with EDS is called Mast Cell Disease. Essentially you develop allergies and undevelop them seemingly at random. A lot of my stomach problems are attributed to that. If you’re not apposed to it I recommend taking small doses of THC (usually 5mg isn’t enough to get me high but will significantly help with my appetite)

      I would try cutting out seed oils! (soybean, sunflower, canola/vedgtable) That helped me a ton as the chemical composition of those oils cause stomach problems for a lot of people, it may be hard to totally cut them out since they’re in everything but even just cutting them out 80-90% goes a long way

      I just got diagnosed with Gastroparesis do you feel full after eating or drinking or become bloated or nauseous or stomach hurts because if you do maybe you have what I have

          @blue_boy03 I definitely recommend it. Also im not sure what your gender identity is, but I was also on a low dose of testosterone gel which helped my appetite immensely
