It does, I'm sorry. I am the same way, wishing I knew how to make friends with someone, an actual friendship, not someone who is just fake to everyone or is looking to get something out of it other then friendship. It's hard, I understand. I'm hear if you want to talk. Idk how old you are but I'm in my 30's and am very open minded.
