I had covid in March 2020, had persisting low grade problems for the last two year. I got 3 Moderna shots, the last of which was 6 months ago. Today I tested positive for Covid again. I have chronic migraine and fibromyalgia, any advice for managing symptoms/preventing worsening my long covid symptoms.
