I used to use it frequently before I found out I am a zebra club member. You might need to experiment a little bit to find out which strain works best for pain relief for you, and a lower dose is it helps very well with fatigue for most people. I stopped using it mainly because I couldn’t swallow so many capsules every day.

@WheelTheJules thank you for the info! did you ever try taking it in powder form? that's what i currently do. just drop a scoop in my mouth and wash it down.
@mazapaun I cannot stand the taste or texture of the raw powder. My ex would order kgs of the powdered leaf and just eat scoops of it, but nothing I did made it tolerable. It’s a great tool for those who can grab it though

@mazapaun I've only tried it a few times at a kava bar and along with kava so idk the strain tbh, i drink a double cup + another if I'm wanting more
