Kratom for Fibromyalgia: Does it Help or Hurt?

Kratom has always been such a big help with the pain and fatigue associated with my FM. Although it can make my brain fog a little worse, it's been one of the most helpful things so far besides stretching. Has anyone else with FM tried kratom? Did it make your symptoms better or worse?

I didn’t see this post and I just asked this question!! Omg I so glad you guys are with me in this!!! I feel guilty when I have to take it, but gah I sick of being tired and hurting all the time. Where I live we have “tea bars” and I will pick up some or the kratom extract shot weekly

I've got kava bars where I'm at that sell kratom and it's wonderful! it really is such a life saver, and I personally have not had any bad reactions with my fibro with it, besides worse brain fog/dissociation, but worth it for the energy and pain relief

It helped my pain and painsomnia immensely but too much upset my stomach and it tasted horrible. I didn’t notice a difference in my brain fog but by the time I use kratom my brain is usually very foggy from fatigue and pain.

It took me awhile to ween myself onto kratom to the point in which it wouldn't upset my stomach, but it was definitely worth it, I know everyone has different sensitivities to it though. Do you know if there are any kava bars near you? They usually make kratom taste pretty good. That's where I get mine! Kava also helps with pain too.
