Kratom has always been such a big help with the pain and fatigue associated with my FM. Although it can make my brain fog a little worse, it's been one of the most helpful things so far besides stretching. Has anyone else with FM tried kratom? Did it make your symptoms better or worse?

I didn’t see this post and I just asked this question!! Omg I so glad you guys are with me in this!!! I feel guilty when I have to take it, but gah I sick of being tired and hurting all the time. Where I live we have “tea bars” and I will pick up some or the kratom extract shot weekly

@JamesJC I've got kava bars where I'm at that sell kratom and it's wonderful! it really is such a life saver, and I personally have not had any bad reactions with my fibro with it, besides worse brain fog/dissociation, but worth it for the energy and pain relief

It helped my pain and painsomnia immensely but too much upset my stomach and it tasted horrible. I didn’t notice a difference in my brain fog but by the time I use kratom my brain is usually very foggy from fatigue and pain.

@Doglover25006 It took me awhile to ween myself onto kratom to the point in which it wouldn't upset my stomach, but it was definitely worth it, I know everyone has different sensitivities to it though. Do you know if there are any kava bars near you? They usually make kratom taste pretty good. That's where I get mine! Kava also helps with pain too.
