    I really try to listen to my body and take extra time and energy towards it. If that means missing class or work, taking baths daily, using my heating pad, whatever works. I just take everything slower and remind myself to not push it (also notifying the people in my life).

      that makes sense, i guess i gotta learn that it's okay to put myself first. You mention a heating pad; anything else help you when a flare up happens?
