Struggling with Panic Attacks and Medication Changes

I try to handle my panic attacks but they come on for no reason all had to go to the hospital because my doctor from the mental health tried to lower my panic attack meds but it got worse and she was wanting to take me off of it too. But my primary doctor got me on advan because it’s better they had me on 0.5 twice a day because my doctor from the mental health lower it that low had to go back to the doctor to upper 1mg seems to be working but still have panic attacks sometimes.
