Introduction and Struggles with Anxiety and Depression

Hi! This is my little introduction thing since I am new to this app but want to try it out :p I have had bad anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember, but I have only been able to start getting treatment for it in the past year. That's also when I started having major depression symptoms. It has only been a year and a lot has happened. I had a therapist that made things worse. Totally changed my living situation and goals in life. Found a therapist I can trust. Tried to kill myself. Spent time in the hospital and am now in an intensive outpatient therapy program. I am also exploring new medications. Zoloft made me manic, so I have started Lexapro. That's not working great for me either though. I am hoping to find something better soon though because I have finally found a paychiatrist with new patient openings in my area that I will be seeing in a week and a half. Eek. I would love any advice on things to look into or questions
