I’m not a very jealous person so I’m not sure if I’m the best person to answer this but If I love someone I want them to be happy and if they find someone more compatible or who can benefit them better than I can, then I am happy for them as long as they are open honest and respectful in the way they go about it. It sounds like you trust your partner which is great, which is usually where jealousy stems from but (correct me if I’m mistaken) it sounds like yours stems from insecurity ? If that’s the case whenever you feel jealous my advice would be to work on a task that betters yourself, not in a self-deprecating way but in an empowering way. Show yourself love! It’s more healing than anything a partner can give you.

When I feel like I’m not good enough or unworthy I play empowering music and dance like I’m the shit. Even if I don’t feel like I am I trick my brain into believing it.
