I think I'm finally healing, and I'm in a good mental place. I realized my relationship with my ex-girlfriend will never heal if I'm the one putting in an effort to be happier. I really tried to help and love her unconditionally but I can only put in so much effort. I am focused on working on myself and becoming more confident, and I'm spending more time with friends. While I do think about the friends I've lost, I am continously grateful for the people who have stayed. 🫶
