I’m trying to understand why I have such bad memory problems. I feel like I’m getting dumber why is that I’m only 22

      When you're depressed, it can affect your memory . Also meds can do that as well .

      I’ve read that anxiety and long term depression can cause memory issues. I know I’ve had a lot of memory issues

      The worse my anxiety and depression has gotten, the worse my memory is. Even with simple things, which makes me constantly worry I’ve forgotten something important. I finally started just writing stuff down 😂

      When I was on lexapro I found that it didn’t help my symptoms AT ALL and it felt so much harder to think. Like, it took so much extra effort just to put words together in a cohesive sentence

        @berry.i I definitely feel that. I don’t know if it may be my meds but I’m on venlafaxine and it definitely helps my panic disorder but it’s also hard for me to come off of it. I get withdrawal symptoms if I don’t take it for a day.
