Does anyone else HATE the feeling of paper? I just feels like grinding my teeth when I touch it. Especially when I'm cold and then touch paper like DANG paper in general feels terrible but touching it while being cold is a guaranteed sensory overload if I touch it too long. On top of that, everything else I touch makes it worse and worse until I can calm down.
I've gotten to a point where it mostly doesn't bother me. But I used to have to put arm warmers on while journaling bc I couldn't stand the feeling of the paper against my skin. If I accidentally scrape it against my nails, though, it's like nails on a chalkboard for me.
