I'm having a really hard time with musical hallucinations. it's been going on for a couple days now, but they're so loud and I'm so overwhelmed. The thing I crave the most right now is silence. I can't even use forms of normal coping skills that I have because most of them surround around music and more stimulus makes me more overwhelmed. anyone got any suggestions??
