Hey guys, I’ve been wanted to do more online advocacy type things online for my conditions and other chronic illness/disability things and I wanted to ask for some tips on how to go about that. I’d thought about started an insta account for it and/or potentially starting a blog or something similar but I’m not sure where to start. Tik tok would also be a fun option but again, no idea how to start lol so if y’all have any tips it would be greatly appreciated!

That’s awesome! I think making a insta account is awesome! I started one recently for my condition as well! Making a introduction post definitely helped and from then on I talk about the things I deal with bc of my chronic illness. And the chronically ill community on ig is awesome and so welcoming!

I will regularly post little facts about my conditions. During the official awareness months I make sure to post at least once a day, and answer any questions in the comments.
