Coping with Life's Challenges: How Do You Handle It All?

I am sorry to hear it was positive for Cancer.

Some times you don't have a choice. Unfortunately it was cancer.

That is creepy. I hope you know that not all providers are that creepy. I would definitely ask for women providers to offset your mind set now. This way you should feel a little calmer when you may meed another biopsy. I also hope the biopsy came out with a negative result.

One of hardest things I had to deal with was having my appointment for a biopsy and the Dr. that got a hard on during the exam. That sent me in a tail spin I felt like every time I saw a Dr. that is what was going to happen and that is where his mind was.

Hi Skylight! First I implode and then I pick myself up and keep going. I meditate and try and make sure that any negativity that comes along, I change the thought to a positive one. Sometimes I fail and others I can do it. Its okay to cry and its ok to smile.
