I have been practicing in just acknowledging my anxiety but ignoring it so I can desensitize myself from the physical symptoms I get with it. it's hard but that's all I can really do to get on top of it. I take bupropion 15mg 4 times a day which makes a huge difference. but I still have anxiety especially around eating certain things. but I'm getting better slowly but surely. I look forward to the day when I just feel a tad uneasy and I don't focus on how I feel. that I'm just like "oh ok feels off but no biggie" and go about my day.
