My fiancé and I are currently trying for a baby. We went to the doctor after 6 months of trying with no luck. She informed me that I wasn’t ovulating. Does anyone know any herbal or more natural ways to help? I’ve already been on depo, nexplanon, and the pill for my endometriosis, all of which didnt help.

@Melissainthebay I chatted with my naturopath yesterday and she told me I actually didn’t need Ovasitol because I didn’t have insulin resistance! But I’ve heard many good things as well!

Read the research there is on Ovasitol. I heard from my dietitian that it is wonderful for women who struggle with ovulation

I’ve heard great things about taking Myo and D-Chiro Inositol supplements!

@chimmie I take Ovasitol and I really like it so far, my periods came back after 4 months of using it + diet and exercise changes, but I think I have endometriosis now so I can’t win 😅 but progress!!
