Looking for advice on Ovasitol and Inosital for PCOS

I’ve noticed a huge difference with ovasitol! It is amazing at helping with insulin resistance and reinstating natural ovulation

Can someone explain what the medications do? I'm new to PCOS as well

It can take a few months to really see a noticeable difference. I took it and then went to a different brand and I noticed in my opinion it's does not work as well.

I started taking ovasitol for a few months but i didnt notice any difference 😥. Could it be because im also on birth control?

Never heard of Ovasitol. I just started taking generic Inositol. It's so bizarre how it works. I usually struggle with amenorrhea and when I take my inositol it seems to kick my menstrual cycle back on. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm curious too! There seems to be a lot of different forms of it, so I'm not sure what to try first.
