Dealing with Binge Eating, Depression, and Anxiety

Exercise can help anxiety and depression. Anxiety is also helped significantly by exposure therapy, exposing yourself to the sources of your anxiety. My social anxiety went from being to the point of social phobia, to just something in the background, through needing to do that stuff because of my girlfriend not letting me back out of that stuff anymore

Stimulants like Adderall that I take for ADHD helped with my binge eating. Whenever I first started, I lost 60 lbs in maybe 3 or 4 months. Adderall and other stimulants are prescribed off-label for binge eating or appetite disorders, and for obesity.

I don't know about binge eating, I'm sure there's got to be something out there to help you with that. Have you tried Acupuncture or Hypnosis? I hope you find something to help you! I'm always researching on different mental illnesses, I'll see what I can find. Is that the same as being Anorexic?
