in the past few days, I've been having terrible flares of pain everywhere in my body when I'm just going about my day. this has made my life very difficult to endure. I have errands I need to run but I have no common easy access (no car, no license) and therefore have to take a more hands-on approach when I have to go out of my house to reach a destination. this pain also makes me feel exhausted. sometimes it feels dull and numb and I feel paralyzed. I've been pushing through this pain for about 5 years, but its never been this soul crushing. pls give advice for how to relieve this pain
