      I'm all about the natural route. I feel like we've been tricked into thinking that the only way we can survive this life with ADD is with medication. But if you do some research you'll find out that our brains would have worked perfect when we were hunter and gathers. Now with our society being all about instant gratification, we get bored easy. Therefore fall "behind" according to social standards. What I've tried to do it see my adhd as a superpower. To learn how to work with it rather then against it. It's been a journey but I promise that you're very capable at growing and advancing with ADD.

      I haven't been diagnosed yet but I do know I have it. Sometimes I'm so focused on something I don't hear someone talking to me. ADD is a small wall. Yes, it may be annoying to other people but there's not much to do. Depending on the seriousness of it, you can take medications. Just be yourself. Do what you want to do. Don't let something small and common like this stop you from growing! šŸ‘
