It is very hard for me to talk about my disordered eating and find it hard to ask my loved ones for help when it is getting bad again. any tips on how to approach your loved ones in this situation?

Maybe write down the key points you want to talk about and rehearse how you want to talk about it. Being as open and honest as you can stand is helpful. You are struggling and need help, they love you they will want to help. Also having clear boundaries already set (whether in your mind or written down) is helpful. Saying this is what I’m dealing with, this is how you can help/I need you to show up for me. Find what you can compromise on and what you absolutely can’t for the sake of your health. I wish you the best ❤️
