Feeling Nauseous and Shaky: A Rant About My Digestive Issues

Okay this is gonna be a super long rant post I guess? Im feeling a lot of emotions right now as well as symptoms, so I wanna share them. Am I the only one that violently shakes or “vibrates” as I say when they get nauseous? Whenever I get the slightest bit nauseous, my stomach tenses up and so do my leg muscles, which makes them shake all over the place. A lot of the time, the shaking happens before I get nauseous so I know that I’m about to get nauseous. Once the shaking starts, it’s pretty hard to stop and calm down. And when I say shaking, just imagine a really exaggerated shiver from being super cold. My jaw will also lock up and start chattering! It will look as if I’m cold, but that’s my body’s reaction to being uncomfortable with my stomach. So I don’t know what possessed me to do this, but today was a HUGE cheat day- I normally limit my food to certain things that I know are safe foods, but not today. I had McDonalds, some greasy snacks, and some spicy chips- I am now feeling the pain. I went to sleep at 9:30 PM, and woke up at 10:30 PM (it’s 11:00 PM right now) so I got one hour of sleep, but I guess I’ll have to stay up the rest of the night until I feel better. I’ve never been someone who can “sleep it off”, so I have to ride things out until I get just so exhausted that I crash. XD I’m sitting on the toilet now trying to have a movement because I’m flared up and having a hard time going, but I’m also a little nauseous but I’m sure I’ll be okay. Okay this is a little weird, BUT- does anyone else get nauseous when they push to have a bowel movement? Whenever I push, I get an awful feeling in my stomach, so I try to sit there and just let it happen but I’m always so clogged that I can’t- not me needing to take Zoltan just to poop-😭 I’m so sorry for all of this please ignore XD I’m just really goin through it in this bathroom- why do they call them “restrooms” when I’m literally fighting for my life in there 😔
