I’m honestly getting so depressed. I’m overtaken by anxiety and suicidal ideation. It sucks. I was doing so well and the last few months I’ve just declined and don’t know what to do :/

I get this so much. Depression is a beast and often has really high points and really low points. I just think you need to really enjoy and highlight the high points you have in your life, and when you’re low again know that it’ll get back to those high points. I’m rooting for you
