    My favorite tip is to tell myself I'll just do 5 minutes of this task. For example Ill just stack/sort the dirty dishes. Usually by the time I'm 5 minutes in, I realize the task won't take that much longer and finish it. But if not, at least I got 5 minutes worth done.
