Looking for Rheumatoid Arthritis Support

Hi I am 38 found out last year I have this still trying to figure it all our its overwhelming sometimes especially when you have a lot of doctors appointments

I'm 29 and have RA i havent been treated since I was diagnosed. Life has taken a toll on me. Going up and down in life on this crazy roller coaster. The best thing I ever did for my body was working out. Felt little to no pain once I got in shape. Now I'm back at ground zero starting again. If you feel down about your condition, its ok you can do it. In long run it will work out. 😊🙏🏾🌍
