    Agreed. There's alot of trial and error involved in getting to a stable place with mental disorders. I mean, the word disorder is in there. Things go wrong and people get hurt. The collateral damage is something I have had to come to peace with, and forgiving myself for the damage i may have caused and may cause again is hard but necessary. I have to accept the past to learn from my mistakes and do better in the future. I give myself some grace and remember to keep trying to do my best every day, for myself and for those around me.
