Hey! I am new here. I recently realized my anxiety started because I am not able to communicate well and I am unable to set limits so my mind can't stop blaming myself for not standing up for myself. I have also survived cancer about 12 years ago, but I feel the main thing is that I have always felt stigmatized in one or other way. I feel I need to find a therapist who is an absolute expert in training people like me with assertiveness. Communicating my feelings and needs can potentially decrease my anxiety and stop my mind from overthinking. Anyone you recommend? I live in the US. Thank you so much!
