Feeling Guilty After Purging

OMG SAME. this is why i pay for my meals as much as possible. bulimia is expensive 😔

Every time. When I purge I sometimes think of people who don't even get to eat and I think of how I'm just getting rid of food other people would have needed and I feel like absolute shit. I also feel like when others pay for the food it's so wasteful of me to do that and I'm an ungrateful piece of shit. I definitely relate to the experience of going out to eat and just wanting to purge and having to pretend you enjoy it so you don't upset people, it sucks.
