Struggling with Anxiety: Anyone Else?

I do and have for over 10 years. This summer after almost two years of total freedom from anxiety/ panic attacks it all came back. I had two months straight. It was terrible. But I’m back to my self now. I’m so sorry your having anxiety, read your self that you WILL get through it, it’s NOT forever but it’s ok to feel overwhelmed right now as well.

Me 🥲 I literally ran out of work on Friday because I couldn’t stop my anxiety thought process. I’m glad I didn’t end hurting myself but it was a scary day

Mine has been out of control for the last month or two. It's to the point I feel like a bottle of soda that has been shaken and is about to explode. My heart is constantly going 100mph and I feel like I'm in a constant state of panic.
