I was worried back then but my doctor told me that it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for SSRI drugs to work so I waited it out and it ended up helping a lot in my process

Hey Sweags, your psychiatrist might’ve prescribed you the lower dose for starters to see how your digestive system reacts. I think you should see him again. From my experience, if there’s low efficacy without side effects, they usually just need to prescribe a higher dose.
