The disconnect from reality is a BIG one for me. I disconnect so often I make up my own realities and practically have imaginary friends I pretend to be around. I occasionally have the flashbacks too! I'll get dizzy and feel like I'm gonna pass out as a song plays in my head as a warning. Then I'll go into downward dog to try and help it pass and everytime I have seen multiple flashbacks to my childhood, where this all begins. I also have absence where I stare off. Gelastic which is caused by hard laughter, and myoclonic which causes my muscles to spaz. I also have Iron Deficiency Anemia which my doctors think are a big part of all the things I mentioned above. Maybe you have the same possibility?

Yes yes yes yes. I used to get the same exact weird memory that has absolutely zero significance in my life (probably similar to what Starr mentioned of it being my first time). I know I get my focal seizures triggered by a very high heart rate, so I sometimes naturally get anxious when I'm doing high intensity workouts. Sometimes I'm not sure if I have anxiety attacks or seizures.... Nonetheless very strange feelings that only get better by breathing deeply out of the sensation. Very very similar feelings to both you and Starr!
