Dealing with Social Anxiety and Loneliness

@ambll1031 Not all therapists are created equal, so if you end up feeling like this particular therapist isn't helping in the way you'd like, just know that it's okay to switch to someone else. I recently switched therapists because I felt I was no longer making any progress, and my new therapist is amazing. I was scared to switch because I worried about hurting the feelings of my previous therapist, but they are professionals and can handle clients choosing to switch things up. I'm really grateful I made the change. I'm not telling you to switch, but with social anxiety that I can definitely relate to, I wanted to share this experience.
