Struggling with Friendship: Should I Consider Therapy Again?

As of recently, I can’t really say I have any friends meaning I don’t really have a person to go to. Should I consider getting a therapist again. My last one was terrible but my first ones Amazon. I’d love if I could do it alone without a therapist but ya know.

I would try again I started with a wonderful therapist and then my insurance changed and I couldn’t see her anymore. It took about four Therapists to find the right match. I just started opening up. Doing it alone is hard. You just need to find the right fit. Once you do you never know what will come up.

I saw many therapist until I found the one who changed me and saved my life. Don't let one therapist ruin the experience for you.

Hey girl. I’ve had depression and anxiety for over 8 years. I’ve always had people I’d talk to or whatever, but I’ve never felt understood or that people really cared. I recently got a new therapist, and I adore her. I’ve always thought there was something wrong with me because I never liked my therapist or couldn’t open up to them. When you find the right one, everything changes. I agree with PandaKat. Go for it. There’s no harm in trying! It’s better to have someone that has your back than try to figure everything out alone!

I would say go for it! You shouldn't make yourself go through things alone 💜
