Feeling Inadequate on this App

I understand too. But honestly I actually like listening to people and trying to help them figure out how they are feeling. I don’t ever judge people if they can’t reallly tell how they feel. The nice part of this app is that, like SunniMay said, no one should judge you.

I too have issues recognizing and or expressing how I feel. I definitely just hold it all in. I find myself reading everyone’s posts and if I feel I can relate or have something to say I do. If not just take advice and learn from other peoples posts .. nobody should judge you on here for anything you have to say.
