im not sure if i need to rant about this or need advice but so recently i admitted something i havent to an adult, to my psychiatrist, we have an appointment in a few hours and i had told her through email. the secret changes alot about how she can see me so it makes me very anxious to talk to her at the appointment. does anyone has any suggestions to prepare or how to keep calm until the appointment?
If its something that relates to what you're going through/have gone through, Im sure your psychiatrist will understand and help you heal. In my opinion, there should be no judgment between a psychiatrist and their client. You're there to vent to them, and they're there to help you.
