For those that have chosen to use mobility aids, what helped you decide it was time to get one? Also, what kind do you use? When I have a flair or severe pain days, it can be so hard to get around. I use walls and furniture to help me stabilize. I have to get my husband to help me walk up the stairs. On those days, I don't leave the house due to how hard it is to move around. I will usually isolate myself to my room so that I don't have to go far. I want to be able to move around on those days.
