It feels hopeless today. I've been on meds for so long but they only do so much for so long. Then all my issues start coming in. Today it's anxiety but I can feel the depression starting to pull me down.

    I used to close myself off which of course makes it worse. So I made myself go to a trusted friend's house just to watch a movie and maybe talk a little. Just as long as I wasn't alone with my own thoughts. If I felt up to it we would go to the movie theater. If I just can't leave the house I watch tv
