High D-dimers but No Clotting: Anyone Else?

When I say bleeding I mean like, on my period I bled through an eight hour pad in two hours and FLOODED my shoes. Every time I'd get a cut too small to even notice I'd be absolutely covered in blood suddenly, when I'm cut the bleeding doesn't clot or stop, I got bit by a dog in December and the cut continued to bleed without scabbing for four days. I've always been a quick healer so it's frustrating.
