Hi, I have been suffering from an autoimmune disease for many years. At first, all relapses were very difficult for me. It took me some time to create a good support system, from my beloved family to my psychologists and doctors in order to overcome anything that comes my way. You always have to remind yourself that in these illnesses there will always be ups and downs. You must not give up and you should always try new studies, new medicine, etc. I promise you that these feelings change for the better, just believe in yourself.
thanks for the reply, I appreciate your advice a lot and it’s nice to know I’m not alone with the never ending ups and downs, although I’d prefer nobody would ever have to go through that. But seeing that other people do and they’re out there doing their best is really inspiring and gives me hope so thank you for taking time to respond 😊
