So I had a therapist appointment today She thinks that I have been completely misdiagnosed all this time cuz Alot of markers are not met within my bipolar diagnosis She said It sounds more like depression, adult ADHD & insomnia I need an immediate evaluation so I can start on new meds but can't get in to my Psychiatrist until November unless there's a cancellation
